TEMPLATE AND REQUIREMENTS FOR FLYERS
All flyers submitted for inclusion in the Woodmont Times or for distribution to our school community must be submitted via email to [email protected] as a Microsoft Word document two weeks prior to dissemination. Please include instructions on method for distribution, i.e. Challenge Club, Woodmont Times envelope. All flyers should contain the following information in this basic order – if applicable:
Top third of the page:
- Event title
- Event purpose
- Audience
- Time and date (here or middle third)
Middle third of the page:
- Time and date – rain/snow date if applicable (here or top third)
- Location
- RSVP if applicable
- How
- Cost
Bottom third of the page:
- What to bring
- Directions
- Contact person other than RSVP – email address
- Web address for more information
- What will be provided – food, beverage, etc.
- Tear-offs, coupons, return slips with deadline – tear-offs must be at least 2 by 8 inches
- Miscellaneous details
