Each person is unique, endowed by God with a combination of unique talents and gifts. Education cannot be carried out en masse, but is undertaken one-to-one. Life circumstances for each student are different depending on the student's family, social, economic, emotional, and moral settings. Our students have personal contact with the Executive Director, Principal, Chaplain, Instructors of Formation, as well as their teachers and all those who have a hand in their education. These administrators get to know each student as an individual. Small class sizes allow our teachers to provide individual attention to each and every student. Our teachers also serve as mentors, not only in the classroom, but also in life. They help students to identify their personal strengths and gifts, and then encourage them to use these gifts to serve others.
The Woodmont curriculum was developed and licensed by the National Consultants for Education, Inc. (NCE) for schools implementing the Integral FormationSM method of education. Core subjects of English, Mathematics, the Humanities and Sciences are complemented by an array of fine arts, athletic and technology programs.

From distinct learning styles to very divergent ways of seeing and hearing the world around them, there are fundamental differences between boys and girls that are best addressed in a single-gender environment.
Our gender specific classrooms on a co-instituional campus begin in grade three. This setting allows us to create a school where boys can fidget and girls feel free to speak their minds in class; where girls embrace science and boys are comfortable in art; where both boys and girls can learn effectively and, therefore, thrive abundantly.
Our method of attention to the whole person has always required a gender specific approach and is finding increasing justication in recent research into gender difference. Our approach is based on an educational model designed by Legionaries of Christ and currently in practice at over 150 institutions in thirteen countries.
